The present OCR has been arranged in two separate language menus.  The French text is under Le F\u00e9d\u00e9ralisme<\/u><\/em>  and continued under odd page 27.  The English text is under Federalism<\/u><\/em>  and continued under even page 26.<\/p>\n

The front matter and back pages have been added separately.<\/p>\n

This transcript of the document has been prepared from a cover-to-cover facsimile scan purchased from the National Library and Archives of Canada on April 1st, 2017.<\/p>\n
